      Pengaruh Kapasitas Adaptasi terhadap Resiliensi Pelaku Usaha Sektor Pariwisata di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Kasus: Pelaku Usaha di Desa Wisata Cibuntu, Kecamatan Pasawahan, Kabupaten Kuningan)

      Abstract
      Kebijakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat saat pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan jumlah wisatawan sehingga mengharuskan pelaku usaha melakukan berbagai upaya untuk tetap bertahan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai resiliensi yaitu dengan melakukan adaptasi terhadap perubahan yang terjadi akibat pandemi Covid-19. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapasitas adaptasi terhadap resiliensi pelaku usaha sektor pariwisata di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang didukung metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik simple random sampling kepada 35 pelaku usaha di Desa Cibuntu yang kemudian dilakukan uji statistik menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kapasitas adaptasi berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi pelaku usaha, arah pengaruh yang positif pada hasil uji regresi mengartikan semakin tinggi kapasitas adaptasi maka semakin tinggi juga resiliensi pelaku usaha sektor pariwisata di masa pandemi Covid-19.
       
      The policy of imposing restrictions on community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in the number of tourists, this requires business actors to make various efforts to survive. Efforts that can be made to achieve resilience are by adapting to changes that occur due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of adaptive capacity in the resilience of tourism sector business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is a quantitative one, which is supported by a qualitative one through in-depth interviews with informants. The respondents in this study were obtained through a simple random sampling technique of 35 business actors in Cibuntu Village, which then carried out statistical tests using simple linear regression tests. The results show that there is an influence of adaptive capacity on the resilience of business actors, the direction of a positive influence on the regression test findings shows that the business actors in the tourism sector were more resilient to the Covid-19 pandemic the higher their capacity for adaptation.
