Requirement of food non rice of Indonesian people fulfilled with wheat. Wheat flour still fulfilled 100 % from import sector. Substitute commodity needed to reduce the consumption of wheat flour that will fulfill the needs of foods in Indonesia. Corn flour is one of alternative commodity to replace the needs on wheat flour. To develop industry we need to done a right decision making techniques to create company performance efficiency and effectivity. System that gives integrated information is Intelligent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The purpose of this research is to design, developed, and implemented intelligent system model for ERP in corn flour industry with genetic algorithm model on decision making. Intelligent system Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on corn flour industry called Intel ERP. Intel ERP is a package that related each one and another, that are marketing, PPIC, production, purchasing, material, distribution and transportation, human resources, and finance module. Model base management system that developed in Intel ERP program are demand forecasting model, material order planning model, aggregate planning, and genetic algorithm model. Demand forecasting model use the time series method like single moving average technique, double moving average technique, single exponential smoothing technique, one parameter Brown linier technique, and two parameter Holt linier technique. The material planning model uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model. The Aggregate planning model use the integer linier programming mathematics concept that will be solve with genetic algorithm model. The demand of corn flour were fluctuated and had a positive trend in 2006 – 2007 . The demand forecasting model analysis result a number of demand that are 324 tons, 335 tons, 345 tons, and 356 tons for forecasting on January 2008 until April 2008. The technique that was use on demand forecasting was double moving average technique with the lowest MAPE number 21.913%. The result from aggregate planning model was reguler production from Januari 2008 until March 2008 were 324 tons, 335 tons, and 345 tons to fulfill the demand of the customer. The result on minimum production cost was Rp 3.298.896.000,00. The result from EOQ model was on 3 months forward, the order done in 28 time with the due for 2 days. The order done for 43 tons for every order so the minimum cost was Rp 5.533.750,00. The Intel ERP program expected could give the information that needed by each module from another module in the form of report, schedule and planning. Intel ERP could make information flow became more systematic and faster to received to each department of company. With the systematic and faster information make more efficient planning in the matter of time and cost so the company could increase the production.id
