dc.description.abstract | Five component of design evaluation Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are: input, proses, output, outcome and impact. Input component Corporate Social Responsibility consist of corporation policy which depend on sustainability dewvelopment paradigm and fund distributed achieved one to two percent accord with ruled by government policy. Management process Corporate Social Responsibility of programme PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk include: planning, implementation and control until programme endorsement. Management process Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Swadaya Pribumi use empowerment principle which addressed to fulfill acceptor economic need benefit. Output Corporate Social Responsibility PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk is physical infrastructure which develop and use by society. Impact Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Swadaya Pribumi are to increase earn benefit acceptor. | id |
