Hubungan Tingkat Keberhasilan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. WIKA Gedung Tbk dengan Taraf Hidup Masyarakat.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility saat ini menjadi isu penting bagi perusahaan. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan atau corporate social responsibility dikenal sebagai sebuah bentuk kepekaan perusahaan kepada masyarakat untuk mendapatkan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan program corporate social responsibility, menganalisis taraf hidup masyarakat dengan adanya program corporate social responsibility, serta menganalisis hubungan tingkat keberhasilan program corporate social responsibility dengan taraf hidup masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methods. Tahap kuantitatif diperoleh dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner kepada responden, sedangkan tahap kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada informan dan observasi lapang. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 60 responden dengan teknik stratified random sampling dan informan ditentukan menggunakan teknik snowball. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat keberhasilan program memiliki hubungan yang berarti dan signifikan dengan taraf hidup masyarakat di Gang Cikapundung RW.08 Kampung Braga.

Corporate Social Responsibility is currently an important issue for companies. Social responsibility or corporate social responsibility is known as a form of corporate sensitivity to the community to get a better quality of life. This study aims to analyze the success rate of corporate social responsibility programs, analyze living standards the community with the existence of corporate social responsibility programs, as well as analyzing the relationship between the success rates of corporate social responsibility programs and the standard of living of the community. This research uses a mixed methods approach. The quantitative stage was obtained by using a survey method using questionnaires to respondents, while the qualitative stage was carried out by in-depth interviews with informants and field observations. Respondents in this study were 60 respondents with stratified random sampling technique and the informants were determined using the snowball technique. The results of this study indicate that the success rate of the program has a significant and significant relationship with the standard of living of the people in Gang Cikapundung RW.08 Kampung Braga.
