dc.description.abstractKelapa Sawit (Elaeiss gueenensis Jacq) merupakan penghasil minyak nabati penting di Indonesia. Produktivitas kelapa sawit dipengaruhi berbagai faktor diantaranya adalah manajemen pemanenan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan khusus yaitu mempelajari dan memahami manajemen pemanenan kelapa sawit, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas dan efisiensi pemanenan kelapa sawit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode langsung dan tidak langsung untuk mendapatkan data primer maupun data sekunder. Pengamatan di lapang dilakukan dengan mengikuti delapan pemanen pada sistem Division of Labour (DOL) dan empat tim panen pada system 1 Cutter and 2 Carrier ( C1R2). Perubahan sistem panen dari sistem DOL menjadi sistem C1R2 memiliki dampak yang baik terhadap manajemen panen serta produktivitas dari tim panen. Sistem C1R2 memiliki hasil 5-7% lebih tinggi dari sistem DOL dalam memperoleh buah matang dan memiliki jumlah buah busuk lebih sedikit yaitu sekitar 2,6% dibandingkan sistem DOL yang mencapai 8%.id
dc.description.abstractPalm oil (Elaeiss gueenensis jacq) is an important vegetable oil in Indonesia. Palm oil productivity is influenced by various factors including harvest management. This research has specific objectives to be achieved, namely studying and understanding the management of palm oil harvesting, and analyzing the factors that influence the effectiveness and efficiency of palm oil harvesting. Data collection obtained by direct and indirect methods to find primary and secondary data. Field observations were conducted by following 8 harvesters on the Division of Labour (DOL) system and 4 harvest teams on the 1 Cutter and 2 Carrier (C1R2) system. The conclussion of this research is the changing the harvest system from the DOL system to the C1R2 system has a good impact on crop management as well as the productivity of the harvest team. The C1R2 system has a yield of 5-7% higher than the DOL system in obtaining ripe fruit and has a fewer number of rotten fruits which is around 2.6% compared to the DOL system which reaches 8%.id
