dc.description.abstractPenerapan penilaian kinerja menggunakan Key Performance Indicators pada Divisi Operaional PTPN VIII belum dilakukan secara maksimal. Pencapaian KPI Divisi Operasional yang cenderung menurun pada semester I tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas penilaian kinerja, mengidentifikasi kesesuaian antara penerapan KPI divisi dengan individu, dan mengidentifikasi kinerja karyaawan pada Divisi Operasional, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja dan kesesuaian KPI individu dengan divisi terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Operasional di PTPN VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sampel yaitu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja efektif, cascading KPI sesuai, dan kinerja karyawan sangat tinggi. Selain itu, hasil menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja dan kesesuaian KPI keduanya memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Operasional di PTPN VIII. Hal ini berati bahwa semakin efektif sebuah penilaian kinerja yang digunakan dan semakin sesuai antara KPI divisi dengan KPI individu yang diterapkan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi.id
dc.description.abstractImplementation of performance appraisal using Key Performance Indicators in PTPN VIII Operational Division which has not been carried out optimally. Operational Division KPI achievement which tends to decrease in the first semester of 2020. This study aims to identify the perceptions of operational Division employees on the effectiveness of performance appraisals (KPI), identify the allignment between the KPIs in the Operational Division and individual KPIs, as well as to determine the effect of performance appraisals (KPI) and the suitability of individual KPIs with divisions on the performance of operational Division employees. at PTPN VIII. This study uses descriptive analysis research methods and multiple regression analysis. The determination of the sample using the non-probability sampling method with the type of sampling census. Based on the research, employees perception on performance appraisal is already in effective category and an KPI’s alignment is already in allign category. Also, both of the are have positive and significant effect on employee’s in Operational Division at PTPN VIII. This means that the more effective a performance appraisal is used and the more appropriate the divisional KPIs with individual KPIs are applied, the better the employee's performance will be.id
