dc.description.abstractTanaman akar wangi (Vetiveria zizanioides) merupakan tanaman yang kalau ditanam bersama pohon hutan memiliki manfaat sebagai tanaman pagar, reklamasi lahan, dan konservasi tanah dan air. Selain itu, tanaman ini dapat berperan sebagai fitoremediator yang dapat mengatasi degradasi lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis respon pertumbuhan tanaman akar wangi yang diberi pupuk NPK (kontrol dan 30 g/tanaman) pada umur tanaman yang berbeda (36 minggu dan 6 minggu) di lahan terbuka. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan pemberian pupuk NPK 30 g/tanaman dan kontrol. Pada masing-masing perlakuan tersebut terdapat lima ulangan, dan pada setiap ulangan terdapat satu tanaman akar wangi. Data diolah menggunakan software SAS 9.1.3. Portable. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk NPK berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman akar wangi umur 36 minggu dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertambahan diameter rumpun akar wangi umur 6 minggu. Dilain pihak, perlakuan pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter rumpun dan jumlah anakan akar wangi umur 36 minggu. Adapun perlakuan pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan akar wangi umur 6 minggu.id
dc.description.abstractVetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides) is a plant that if being planted with forest trees has benefits as hedges, land reclamation, and soil and water conservation. In addition, this plant can act as a phytoremediator that can overcome land degradation. This study aimed to analyze the growth response of vetiver plants given NPK fertilizer (control and 30 g/plant) at different plant ages (36 weeks and 6 weeks) in open land. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 30 g NPK fertilizer/plant treatment and control. In each of these treatments there were five replications, and in each replication there was one vetiver plant. The data was processed using SAS 9.1.3 software. Portable. This study showed that the NPK fertilizer treatment significantly affected the growth of vetiver plant height at 36 weeks and significantly increased the diameter of the 6-week-old vetiver clump. On the other side, the NPK fertilizer treatment did not significantly affect the diameter of the clump and the number of shoots of the vetiver at the age of 36 weeks. The NPK fertilizer treatment did not significantly affect the plant height growth and the number of shoots of the vetiver at the age of 6 weeks.id
