      Tingkat Literasi Digital pada UMKM dalam Memanfaatkan Media Sosial sebagai Media Promosi

      Abstract
      Perkembangan teknologi begitu cepat dan luas, sehingga diperlukan keahlian untuk melek digital atau biasa disebut dengan literasi digital. Literasi digital adalah keahlian seseorang dalam menggunakan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk dunia kerja, salah satu contohnya pemanfaatan media sosial pada UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik pemilik UMKM dengan tingkat kesiapan teknologi, menganalisis hubungan tingkat kesiapan teknologi dengan tingkat literasi digital, dan menganalisis tingkat literasi digital responden dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media promosi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif dengan metode survei, wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Responden penelitian sebanyak 30 pemilik UMKM Bogor yang tergabung dalam Grup Whatsapp UMKM Bogor Raya. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan nyata antara kesiapan teknologi dengan tingkat literasi digital. Selain itu, tingkat literasi responden berada pada tingkat tinggi.
       
      Technological developments are so fast and broad, that it requires expertise for digital literacy or commonly referred to as digital literacy. Digital literacy is a person's expertise in using technology that can be used for the world of work, one example is the use of social media in MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of MSME owners with the level of technology readiness, analyze the relationship between the level of technology readiness and the level of digital literacy, and analyze the level of digital literacy of respondents in using social media as a promotional medium. The method used in this research is using a quantitative supported by qualitative data with survey methods, in-depth interviews and observations. Research respondents were 30 owners of MSMEs in Bogor who are members of the Whatsapp Group for MSMEs in Bogor Raya. The results obtained indicate that there is no significant relationship between the characteristics of the respondents and the level of technology readiness. In addition, there is a real relationship between environmental factors and the level of technological readiness and between technology readiness and the level of digital literacy.
