dc.description.abstract | Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute
Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) adalah penyakit pandemi
dunia saat ini. Manusia yang memiliki satu atau lebih penyakit penyerta terinfeksi
oleh virus ini cenderung membutuhkan perawatan intensif dan memiliki tingkat
kelangsungan hidup yang rendah. Pencarian protein yang berasosiasi dengan virus
ini perlu dilakukan untuk menjadi tahap awal membantu para peneliti dalam
menemukan obat yang tepat untuk pasien COVID-19. Viral pneumonia, Pulmonary
Fibrosis, Pulmonary Edema, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS),
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) dan Asthma adalah penyakit
penyerta COVID-19. Pencarian protein penting ini menggunakan metode skyline
query karena metode ini bekerja dengan mengembalikan seluruh protein dominan
yang sesuai dengan preferensi berdasarkan enam kriteria kebaikan centrality
measures. Hasil pencarian ini menemukan 19 protein signifikan EGRF, HRAS,
TNF, VEGFA, IL4, IL17A, CXCL12, ITGAV, COX8A, ALOX5, PARK2, ACTA1,
CSF2RA, FCGR2B, HDAC3, B2M, AP3B1, HMOX1, MMP12. Protein-protein ini
berasosasi dengan 12 pathway yang berperan dalam inflamasi. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory
Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a global pandemic disease. Humans
who have one or more comorbidities are infected by this virus, they tend to require
intensive care and have a low survival rate. The search for proteins associated with
this virus needs to be done to be the first stage to help researchers find the right
drug for COVID-19 patients. Viral Pneumonia, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Pulmonary
Edema, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), Chronic Obstructive
Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Asthma are co-morbidities of COVID-19. The
search for this important protein used the skyline query method because this method
worked by returning all dominant proteins that match preferences based on six
criteria of goodness of centrality measures. The search results found 19 significant
proteins EGRF, HRAS, TNF, VEGFA, IL4, IL17A, CXCL12, ITGAV, COX8A,
ALOX5, PARK2, ACTA1, CSF2RA, FCGR2B, HDAC3, B2M, AP3B1, HMOX1,
MMP12. These proteins were associated with 12 pathways that played a role in
