dc.description.abstract | Masa remaja merupakan masa perubahan yang berlangsung sangat cepat
sehingga dapat menimbulkan masalah gizi. Salah satu cara dalam mengatasi
permasalahan gizi pada remaja adalah edukasi gizi. Edukasi menggunakan aplikasi
WhatsApp menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Namun, penelitian remaja di Jawa Barat
masih jarang ditemukan sehingga peneliti ingin mengembangkan media edukasi
gizi berupa edukasi online yang diberikan melalui aplikasi WhatsApp berdasarkan
pesan gizi seimbang serta melakukan analisis pengaruh media edukasi gizi tersebut
terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan
partisipasi 83 remaja yang sebagian besar subjek berjenis kelamin perempuan
(63,9%), berusia 17 tahun (56,6%), berada dalam keluarga yang kecil (92,8%), dan
memiliki status gizi yang normal (66,3%). Pemberian edukasi online dengan
menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan (p=0,000)
dan sikap (p=0,000) terkait gizi seimbang pada subjek. Analisis daya terima
menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar subjek menyatakan bahwa edukasi online yang
diberikan cukup menarik (82,9%), durasi video cukup (97,6%), sangat mudah
dipahami (80,5%), dan sangat mudah diakses (61%). | id |
dc.description.abstract | Adolescence is a period of rapid change that could cause nutritional
problems. One way to overcome nutritional problems in adolescents is nutrition
education. Education using WhatsApp application shows good results but research
on adolescents in West Java is still rarely found. Therefore, researcher wants to
develop nutrition education media in the form of online education provided through
WhatsApp application based on balanced nutrition and analyze the effect of the
nutritional education media on changes in adolescent knowledge and attitudes. The
study was conducted with the participation of 83 adolescents, most of whom were
female (63,9%), aged 17 years (56,6%), were in a small family (92,8%), and had
normal nutritional status (66,3%). Online education using WhatsApp application
increased knowledge (p = 0,000) and attitudes (p = 0,000) related to balanced
nutrition of subjects. Acceptance analysis showed that most of the subjects stated
that the online education provided was quite interesting (82,9%), the video duration
was sufficient (97,6%), very easy to understand (80,5%), and very accessible
