      Pengukuran Nilai Hambur Balik Lobster Air Tawar Procambarus clarkii Menggunakan Instrumen Hidroakustik Simrad EK 15

      Abstract
      Beberapa spesies lobster air tawar yang dikenal menjadi spesies invasif yang sukses saat berada di suatu tempat baru, salah satu spesies lobster tersebut adalah Procambarus clarkii. Penggunaan teknologi akustik dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kawanan ikan sampai lobster. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari kedekatan parameter morfometrik dari lobster tawar merah terhadap nilai hambur balik akustik. Pengukuran nilai hambur balik lobster menggunakan instrumen echosounder Simrad EK-15. Lobster yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 30 ekor. Pengukuran panjang total, panjang karapas dan bobot sebelum pengukuran akustik. Pengukuran lobster menggunakan metode gantung. Lobster tersebut akan di gantung di bawah transducer selama 10 menit. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Ms. Excel, dan Echoview 4. Analisis statistika menggunakan PCA, regresi linier berganda dan regresi linier sederhana untuk melihat kedekatan parameter hambur balik terhadap paramter morfometrik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai variasi diatas 80%. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan yang sangat baik dari parameter hambur balik akustik dan parameter morfometrik dengan analisis PCA TS menghasilkan nilai variasi sebesar 92.49% dan analisis PCA SV menghasilkan nilai variasi sebesar 85.12%.
       
      Several species of freshwater crayfish are known to be successful invasive species when they are in a new place, one of the lobster species is Procambarus clarkii. The use of acoustic technology can be used to identify schools of fish to lobsters. This study aims to find the proximity of the morphometric parameters of red crayfish to the value of acoustic backscatter. Lobster backscatter value was measured using the Simrad EK-15 echosounder instrument. Lobsters used as many as 30 specimens. Measurement of total length, carapace length, and weight before acoustic measurements. Lobster measurements using the hanging method. The lobster will be hung under the transducer for 10 minutes. Data processing is done by using Ms. Excel, and Echoview 4. Statistical analysis using PCA, multiple linear regression, and simple linear regression to see the closeness of backscattered parameters to morphometric parameters. The results of this study indicate the value of variation is above 80%. These results indicate that a very good relationship between acoustic backscattering parameters and morphometric parameters with PCA TS analysis produces a variation value of 92.49% and PCA SV analysis produces a variation value of 85.12%.
