Pengelolaan tenaga kerja perkebunan kelapa sawit merupakan upaya untuk mencapai indikator Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) prinsip tanggung jawab terhadap tenaga kerja. Kegiatan magang di kebun Aek Nabara PT Supra Matra Abadi bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan kerja secara teknis dan manajerial, serta mempelajari manajemen tenaga kerja perkebunan skala besar. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari hingga Mei 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode langsung (data primer) dan tidak langsung (data sekunder). Pengamatan menunjukan hasil pengorganisasian tenaga kerja yang cukup baik, namun kurang efektif karena rasio pekerja 0,10 > budget 0,09 dan indeks tenaga kerja 0,10. Prestasi tenaga kerja panen dan pupuk sangat baik dengan nilai kesesuaian 100%, sedangkan tenaga kerja semprot kurang baik dengan nilai kesesuaian 55,56%. Tingkat disiplin dan kualitas tenaga kerja di kebun Aek nabara dinilai rendah. Ketepatan taksasi yang dilakukan sebesar 93,50% dengan varian diatas 5% menunjukan taksasi yang dilakukan kurang efektif. PT Supra Matra Abadi sudah menjalankan manajemen tenaga kerja sesuai dengan prinsip ISPO yang ditetapkan. Management of the workforce in oil palm plantations is an effort to achieve the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) indicator of the principle of responsibility for the workforce. The internship activity at PT Supra Matra Abadi's Aek Nabara plantation aims to improve technical and managerial work skills, as well as learn about the management of large-scale plantation workers. Internship activities are carried out from January to May 2021. The method used is the direct method (primary data) and indirect method (secondary data). Observations show that the results of labor organization are quite good, but less effective because the ratio of workers is 0.10 > budget is 0.09 and the labor index is 0.10. The performance of harvesting and fertilizer workers is very good with a suitability value of 100%, while the spray labor is not very good with a suitability value of 55.56%. The level of discipline and quality of the workforce in the Aek Nabara plantation is considered low. The accuracy of the taxation carried out was 93.50% with a variance above 5% indicating that the taxation carried out was less effective. PT Supra Matra Abadi has implemented workforce management by the established ISPO principles.
