Regional Autonomy is the right and obligation of autonomous regions that are authorized to regulate regional problems independently for the benefit of local communities as long as they are still within the Indonesia regulations. One way to measure the success of Regional Autonomy with the TKDD and Local Regional Revenue (PAD) mechanisms can be done by looking at the Human Development Index (HDI). This study aims to analyze the effect of Village Funds, PAD and Balancing Funds on HDI in Indonesia from 2017-2019. The descriptive analysis used to provide an overview of the development of Village Funds, PAD and Balancing Funds and panel data analysis used to analyze the effect of Village Funds, PAD and Balancing Funds on the HDI components, namely AHH, RLS and PPP in Indonesia. The results showed that the Village Fund, Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), General Allocation Funds (DAU), and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) were able to positively and significantly affect the HDI component. However, the model estimation results showed that the PAD variable has a negative effect on AHH and PPP and not significant on RLS.id
