      Hubungan Pengetahuan Gizi dan Tingkat Konsumsi Madu terhadap Kebugaran Remaja Fase Akhir Di Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Konsumsi madu secara rutin diketahui dapat meningkatkan kebugaran tubuh. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah jumlah asupan makanan yang erat kaitannya dengan pengetahuan gizi dan status gizi. Tujuan umum dari penelitian adalah enganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi, status gizi dan tingkat konsumsi madu dengan tingkat kebugaran tubuh remaja fase akhir di Kota Bogor. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin dan didapat jumlah 100 orang responden. Pengukuran status gizi dilakukan dengan metode antropometri. Data tingkat kebugaran diukur melalui tes balke. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dilakukan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat persentase tertinggi sebanyak 69% responden memiliki pengetahuan gizi yang kurang. Status gizi sampel responden berdasarkan nilai IMT ditemukan 79% normal. Tingkat konsumsi madu tertinggi yaitu 2 sampai 3 kali dalam satu minggu. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah bahwa pengetahuan gizi, status gizi dan tingkat konsumsi madu berpengaruh terhadap kebugaran berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi berganda.
       
      Consuming honey regularly may improve vitality. The level of vitality can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the amount of food intake, that related to nutritional knowledge and status. The general objectives of this study is to analyze the connection between the knowledge about nutrient, the status of nutrition, and the level of honey consumption to the vitality of adult’s body in Bogor City. Sampling is carried out based on the Slovin formula and drawn a total of 100 respondents. The status of nutrition measurement by anthropometric method. The data of body vitality level is measured through Balke Test. The data is collected through a questionnaire interview and then descriptively analyzed and tested for the correlation. The results that 69% of the respondents are lack of knowledge about nutrient. The status of nutrition based on BMI values is 79% of them are normal. The highest level of honey consumption is 2 to 3 times a week. The conclusion is the knowledge about nutrient, the status of nutrition, and the level of honey consumption influence the vitality of human body based on the multiple correlation test.
