dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengetahuan gizi, kebiasaan makan, konsumsi minuman manis, dan tingkat kecukupan energi dan zat gizi dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa IPB University. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan melibatkan 46 mahasiswa berstatus gizi normal dan 46 mahasiswa berstatus gizi gemuk/obesitas. Sebagian subjek memperoleh tingkat pengetahuan gizi rendah (50%), skor kebiasaan makan rendah (81,5%), asupan energi minuman manis sedang (45,7%), frekuensi konsumsi minuman manis sering (75%), dan tingkat kecukupan energi (76,1%), protein (68,5%), lemak (67,4%), dan karbohidrat (78,3%) kurang. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok status gizi normal dan gemuk pada variabel asupan energi minuman manis dan frekuensi konsumsi minuman manis (p<0,05). Uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara frekuensi konsumsi minuman manis, tingkat kecukupan protein dan lemak dengan status gizi (p<0,05). Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh antara frekuensi konsumsi minuman manis terhadap status gizi. | id |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the nutritional knowledge, eating habits,
consumption of sweetened beverages, energy and nutrients adequacy level with
the nutritional status of IPB University students. The design of this study was
cross sectional study involved 46 students with normal nutritional status and 46
students with overweight/obese nutritional status. Most subject has low nutritional
knowledge (50%), low eating habits’ score (81,5%), moderate energy intake of
sweetened beverages (45,7%), high frequency of sweetened beverages
consumption (75%), and low adequacy level of energy (76,1%), protein (68,5%),
fat (67,4%) dan carbohydrate (78,3%). There was a significant difference of
normal and overweight/obese students in energy intake of sweetened beverages
and frequency of sweetened beverages consumption (p<0,05). There was a
significant correlation between frequency of sweet beverages consumption,
adequacy level of protein and fat with nutritional status (p<0,05). Regression test
result showed over all there was an effect in frequency of sweetened beverages
consumption to nutritional status. | id |
