Pengambilan Keputusan Inovasi Teknologi Instore Dryer Bawang Putih di Desa Tuwel, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Tegal

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan inovasiTeknologi Instore Dryer. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Tuwel, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Tegal dengan melibatkan 43 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui instrumen kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Variabel yang diuji adalah karakteristik petani, peran penyuluh, dan lima tahap adopsi inovasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyuluh pertanian setempat sudah berperan bagi petani bawang putih di Desa Tuwel. Lima tahapan adopsi inovasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan antar satu tahap dengan tahap selanjutnya.

This study aims to analyze several factors related to the decision making of Instore Dryer Technology. The research location is in Tuwel Village, Bojong District, Tegal Regency, involving 43 respondents. The research data were obtained through a questionnaire instrument and analyzed using the Rank Spearman correlation test. The variables tested were farmer characteristics, the role of extension workers, and the five stages of innovation adoption.The results showed that local agricultural instructors have played a role for garlic farmers in Tuwel Village. The five stages of innovation adoption indicate a relationship between one stage and the next
