dc.description.abstractPlant breeding using conventional approaches is high cost and time consuming. Researchers starte laborating the oportunity of plant breeding based on genome analysisin order to obtainan efficient process. Thisapproachuses Single Nucleotide Polymorphism(SNP) marker and their association with fenotipes. The SNP identification process actually can be conducted using application software suchas SAM tools and VCFutils.However,theoutputof thesoftware,sucha VCFfile,is noteasyto beundertoodandmanagedby breedingresearchers.Thisresearchaimsto integratesoftwarepipelineyieldby previousresearchanddatabasefor storingSNPcandidatesandtheirsupportinginformationsuchas flankingarea-obtainedfromDNAsequencealigmentandSNP'sID-whichis automaticallyintegratedto SoybeanSNPreferencefromNCBIMoreover,thesystemalsoprovidesa webbasedsearchingfeaturetor helpingresearchersretrievingrelevantSNPcandidateinformationid
