dc.description.abstract | jamu is Indonesian traditional medicine consisting of foliage, fruits, roots and otheringredients natural materials.Herbal medicineh as variations of formula comprising a combination of hundreds of medicinal plants herbal formula so that the dassification process is an interestingissue to be investigated.Thepurpose of thisresearchis to create a classification system based on the composition of medicinal prcperties of plants using Voting Feature Intervals 5 (VFI5)method.Thisstudyalsotriedto generatetheweightsof eachplantsas theimportantinformationin the formulaof Jamu.Theweightsareyieldedbasedon theintensityof Ole occurenciesof plantin Jamuingredients.Theresultsof thisstudycomparedwiththepreviousstudiesusingPartialLeastSquare-DiscriminantAnalysis( PLS- DA) andSupportVectorMachine(SVM).Theaccuracyoftheproposedmethodis 94%comparableto thoseof the previousstudiesusingPLS-DAandSVM.However.thismethodperformfasterthanthoseof usingPLS-DAandSVMintermof computationtimethatis equalto 09seconds.In addition.thisresearchcanbeusedto findexistingplantsthatcauseincorectresuitsin the classificationprocess | id |
