Abstract
This research was to analyze the TRI program as viewed from the micro as well as macro aspect, and the linkages between those two aspects, performed in Central Java. The objectives of this research were (a) to know the position of the TRI farming scheme in comparison with alternative farmings, and how far such farming scheme was beneficial farmers, (b) to asses how far the farmers were able to allocate the existing resources optimally
