dc.description.abstractSistem pengambilan keputusan cerdas manajemen rantai pasok komoditi dan produk pertanian dikembangkan sebagai alat bantu untuk meningkatkan efektifitas keputusan rantai pasok yang menjamin distribusi keuntungan, risiko dan nilai tambah yang adil diantara pelaku manajemen rantai pasok dari hulu sampai hilir. Sistem ini didukung oleh basis data dan pengetahuan komoditas pertanian dimana Fuzzy AHP digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko utama, kemudian model ISM dikembangkan untuk mengilustrasikan hubungan mitigasi risiko dalam rantai pasok agroindustri berbasis manggis. Untuk membangun transportasi yang efektif pada rantai pasok sawit, dikembangkan optimasi koloni semut untuk menyelesaikan tujuan ganda masalah jalur pasokan. Metode ini di uji dengan menggunakan data lapangan dan hasilnya dianalisis. Secara khusus model ini mendapatkan jalur optimum rantai pasok bioenergy berbasis kelapa sawit, yang diverifikasi dan validasi menggunakan data set riil. Untuk kegunaan penetapan nilai tambah di agroindustri kelapa sawit, kami memodifikasi metode Hayami untuk tanaman hortikultur satu siklus yang menghasilkan pangan dari bahan baku pertanian. Hasil modifikasi ini mampu menghitung rasio nilai tambah pada pelaku industri dan tingkat renumerasi pekerja serta tingkat pengembalian modal bagi investor.en
dc.description.abstractAn intelligent decision support system for agricultural commodities and products supply chain management (IDSS-Agri-SCM) is developed to enhance effectiveness of supply chain decisions that led to the additional benefits, a fairly distribute of risks and valueadded for supply chain management among actors from upstream to downstream. This system is supported by a database and knowledge base of agricultural commodities in which Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was performed to identify the main risks then we deployed an Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to illustrate the interrelationship of those risks mitigations in the supply chain of mangosten based agroindustry. For the purpose of building an effective transportation in palm oil supply chain, we improve the ant colony optimization for solving multi objectives based on supply path problem. This claimed solution lead to a fuzzy ant colony optimization. The developed multi objectives fuzzy ant colony optimization was used to search the optimum path of palm oil based bioenergy supply chain that has a better performance value. The method was verified and validated with a real data set and the finding was analyzed and discussed. For the purpose of effective added value setting in palm oil supply chain, we modified the Hayami method for a single cycle of horticultural crop of less than a single year, or a single cycle of producing foods from agricultural raw materials. Input materials and output products are measured in their weight units. This modified Hayami method calculates the added value ratios for the industry actors, as well as the remuneration levels for the workers and return for the investorsen
