dc.description.abstractRegular exercisers generally adopt different dietary practices from inactive people to chase their goal. This research was aimed to analyze the effect of individual characteristics, motivation, knowledge and exercise practice toward participant’s dietary practices, focusing in carbohydrate and protein consumption. Population in this research were anyone who exercising at Fit for Two Fitness Center with sample involved were persons whom aged 17 years old minimal, did exercise for 2 months long and did not perform any disease such as diabetics, high uric acid, kidney or kidney stone and protein alergy. Result showed that motivation, knowledge and exercise practice did not perform any strong effect toward carbohydrate and protein consumption among participant’s dietary consumption.en
