dc.description.abstractInternational division of PT Sariwangi AEA is one of tea producer particularly in bulk tea which implement the FSMS (Food Safety Management System) based on International standard FSSC 22000 since March 2012. In requisite of food safety requirements which growth in line with the customer requirements relate to the quality of the product. International division of PT Sariwangi AEA should be able to maintain the quality management system that has been achieved and compete in world wide tea export industrial which ensure the best and safe products through the implementation of SMKP. The aim of this study were (1) to analyze the application of ISO FSSC 22000 in International division of PT Sariwangi AEA, (2) to identify the issues, actors and strategies in the application of ISO FSSC 22000, (3) to provide the alternative solution to solve the problem in the implementation of ISO FSSC 22000. There were nine types of the alternative strategies through the SWOT matrix, however the three priorities chosen based on the calculation AHP method were (1) increasing the participation of management refers to the commitment set forth in the quality and safety policy, the value was 0.152, (2) improving the quality of raw materials and packaging refer to the standart spesification defined in the procedure, the value was 0.125, (3) improving the quality of product in producing the safe product refer to the implementation of ISO FSSC 22000 consistently and full of awareness, the value was 0.114.en
