dc.description.abstractCSR program will be implemented properly if the community also participated in it. Community involvement will be capable of generating a sense of belonging of community to a program that has been implemented. Therefore, social capital can be used as an assessment tool to determine the extent of participation in conducting the program. This research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods of questionnaires and in-depth interview. The results showed the majority of program participants are in characteristics, as productive middle age, female, married, educated, and middle experienced with the group. Social capital program participants classified as moderate. However, it does not effect to a higher participation in the program participants conducting the program. Lack of involvement of participants in the program planning and evaluation process led to the level of community participation at the level of tokenism.en
