Sorong Natural Tourism Park (SNTP) is one of the places that have interesting natural landscape formations, such as: diversity of topography and diversity of flora and fauna that is maintained integrity. With various forms of the landscape, SNTP potentially exploited as tourist attractions. However, current conditions suggest that SNTP not used optimally, both the utilization of existing natural resources and the utilization of natural tourist activities and facilities supporting. Therefore it is necessary to use of natural resources and the space without disturbing SNTP the principal function SNTP through the drafting arrangement SNTP landscape, so that the region can accommodate functions while still able to travel and maintain functions principally as a nature conservation area. Therefore, research on the "Utilization Potential Natural Park landscape Sorong and Structuring Concept". This study aims to develop the potential utilization of the Nature Park Sorong and draft arrangement Parks Nature shoves landscape in order to develop nature tourism activities in the region. Method in this study uses a systematic approach to travel planning (Wearing and Neil 2009) comprising the steps of data collection, analysis, synthesis and preparation of the draft regulation. The data was collected through literature review, interviews and field observations. The data collected is the data area of biophysical conditions, the potential of objects and natural tourist attractions as well as the social conditions surrounding communities. The data was analyzed through three stages, namely the location and accessibility assessment, analysis of potential biophysical potential of the region as well as analysis objects and natural tourist attraction. Assessment as well as the location and accessibility of potential biophysical analysis performed spatially region, while the analysis of the potential of objects and natural tourist attraction analyzed through assessment criteria refer to the assessment criteria guide the Directorate of Nature Tourism and Environmental Services 2001. Furthermore, the analysis results are synthesized to obtain tourist use zones and based on the results of the synthesis of structuring concepts developed in SNTP landscape. SNTP the area located in the district of East Sorong Sorong city in West Papua province coordinate 0051'-0058 'and 131019' LS-131 021' BT. SNTP relatively easily accessible location, because of its proximity to the city center (± 14 Km to the east Sorong) and crossed by busy road vehicles, namely road-Aimas Sorong (Provincial Road). From the aspect of the landscape, SNTP a good biophysical potential to serve as a natural tourism area. Based on the analysis of the biophysical potential of the region, has a varied topography SNTP from flat to hilly (berkemiringan 0-45%) and most of the land is still covered with forest vegetation (823.24 Ha) with the level of abundance of natural resources and a relatively very much high. Overall climatic conditions in SNTP quite good. Although the air humidity is high (86%), but the conditions of temperature, wind and solar radiation intensity is quite comfortable and very low rainfall (26.8 0C temperature, rainfall 313.8 mm / month to 20.3 days of rain, wind speed and solar radiation Knot 9.8 49.6% per month). From tourist aspect, SNTP have considerable potential for nature tourism in the form of diverse landscapes, flora and fauna. Based on the analysis of potential objects and natural tourist attractions, SNTP have high appeal in terms of natural beauty, unique natural resources, location cleanliness, security and regional variations of outdoor activities to do. This area is easy to reach, due to the proximity of the city center (± 14 km) and the travel time is less than 1 hour and the high frequency of public transport across the region. Economy social environmental conditions sufficient to support the local community because of the positive attitude of society towards nature tourism development efforts. The availability of clean water well in the area to support the development of nature tourism. SNTP not supported by the availability of tourist facilities and infrastructure mamadai. From the synthesis results, obtained 3 kinds of zoning that intensive zone, zone of semi-intensive and extensive zones. Of the existing zoning arrangement made landscape concept that refers to the basic concept of the Nature Park (Law. 5 of 1990) as a nature conservation area which can be used for nature tourism destination. The concept of structuring the landscape consists of a reception and service, the core tourist space, space and space travel support conservation.en
