dc.description.abstractGoat's milk is one of the foods that have high nutritional. In this period there are some cases of foodstuffs by mixing with other materials. Milk is included in the vulnerable category to forge. Adulteration of milk that often with the addition of water, rice water, starch water, and coconut milk. One of the efforts to identify these case by examining the electrical properties of pure milk and milk that had been forged. From the research, milk that has been mixed with water, rice water, starch water, and coconut milk have correlation between concentration of additive with impedance, resistance, and conductance of the sample. The greater the concentration of the additive, impedance and resistance will increase, but the conductance decreases. The measured capacitance has no correlation with the concentration of additive. Thus adulteration of milk with addition of water, rice water, starch water, and coconut milk can be identified by measuring the impedance, resistance, and conductanceen
