Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani dan Tataniaga Buncis Organik dan Buncis Non-organik di Desa Cisondari, Kecamatan Pasirjambu, Kabupaten Bandung
Abstract
As one of the best alternative for healthy lifestyle and sustainable environment, organic farming is increasingly demanded and the sell price is quite higher than anorganic vegetables. Among the organic farming system vegetables in Indonesia, one of them is fine beans produced in Cisondari Village. Cisondari Village is located in Bandung District and cultivated with both organic and anorganic system, though the number of anorganic farmers are higher than the organic one. The aims of this research are to analyze and compare the variability, income of fine beans farming, and R/C ratio in both organic and anorganic system; to analyze the flow of marketing channel and institutions involved in the trading system; and to analyze the margin trading system, the farmer’s share, and π/c ratio on organic and anorganic fine beans marketing. The result of this research concluded that the variabilities of both organic and anorganic fine beans are different in the input, output, and multiple stages of cultivation. Farm income and the ratio of R/C on anorganic fine beans have more benefits than the organic one. There are 3 marketing channels in organic trading system and 6 marketing channels in anorganic. The most efficient margin channel on organic fine beans trading system is the 3rd channel and the 4thchannel in anorganic one.
