Protein requirement of Indonesian people is increasing due to the increase of population. Broiler is popular meat, cheap, and easy to obtain. However, broiler production still does not to fulfill the needs of the people of Indonesia flesh. The main cause of inadequate broiler production is still conventional farming systems. This research aims to design and build a knowledge base broiler farming management using a variety of computer-based application system that provides knowledge in the form of stages - stages of cultivation which include DOC management, the management of food and drink, environmental management, and agriculture-based disease management precision and stored in the system database. DBMS closed cultivation broiler house to be built will be concentrated on the four points which include DOC (Day Old Chick), food, environment, and disease. DOC will be informed at the point related guidance in the selection and management of initial DOC. In the feed point will be informed about the density of the cage, feed system and drinking system. Point environment will provide information related to litter, temperature, ventilation, and lighting. Point of disease is the last point to be discussed, the point will be informed of the name of a possible disease suffered by broiler chickens, the cause of the disease, prevention and treatment.
