The objective of this experiment was to study the health status of domestic cats (Felis domestica) through leukocyte examinations, i.e total leukocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil, and basophil counts. Twelve domestic cats were used in this experiment. The blood was taken from femoralis vein to determine leukocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil, and basophil counts. Results of this study showed that the total number of leukocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil, and basophil were 13.50 ± 4.00 × 103 cells/μl, 4.93 ± 1.40 × 103 cells/μl, 6.70 ± 2.12 × 103 cells/μl, 1012 ± 580 cells/μl, 382.00 ± 141.00cells/μl, and 109.00 ± 113.00 cells/μl, respectively. In conclusion, there were several leukogram profiles, i.e leukocytosis, lymphocytosis, monocytosis, and basophilia; lymphocytosis, monocytosis, and basophilia; monocytosis; basophilia; and neutropenia in nine cats. The total leukocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte, eosinophil, and basophil were in the normal reference range in the remaining catsen
