dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research is to get information of the fruit quality difference of Garut keprok fruits (Citrus reticulata L.) from three different locations in Garut Regency is Cioyod, Cimencek and Rancabeet. Research was carried out in the Production and Post-harvest Laboratory-IPB in December 2011 until January 2012, used the Completely Randomized Design with 90 trial units of 6 replicates. The variables that observed covering the decline in the weight, juice content, total titratable acidity, total soluble solids, peel colour, and fruit firmness. Result of this research is to indicate the citrus fruit quality criteria desired by consumers such as citrus fruit with a yellowish or yellow green color, sweet taste, not too soft, a little seed, and of medium size. Garut keprok fruit with quality criteria are Garut keprok fruit of Cimencek. Garut keprok fruit of the three locations have the shelf life for 5 weeks. Conditions PTT increased, then decreased indicated by weight, juice content and an increase in fruit softnessen
