| dc.description.abstract | The world demand for wood working product that increases continually and wood processing technology that is getling more advanced are a good condition promote really efficient wood utiliition. Currently, one of wood industries substansial that becomes export back bone contributing foreign exchange is furniture. Government predicted that the gowth of furniture product export and handycraft in 2007 were 10-15%. Opportunity to increase the export is still high, but attention to design, quality and supply consistency need to be talen in to account. Therefore, based on information mentioned forecasting study of furniture export from Indonesia needs to be done to produce a model that can be used to estimate fimiture export dynamics. Purposes of this study are (1) to forecast or estimate dynamics of furniture export from Indonesia based on the model produced, (2) to investigate the factors influencing furniture export. | en |
