dc.description.abstractBio yogurt is fermented milk product and can be associated as a functional food. Bio yogurt in the form of jelly drink can increase the consumption of bio yogurt. Jelly drink in the form of liquid still has a few disadvantages, such as its short self life. Jelly drink bio yogurt in the form of granule can decrease the water capacity so therefore it can extend the shelf life of the product. Another advantage is that it is easy to serve and handle. The objective of this research was to study microbiological quality of jelly drink bio yogurt in the form of granule storage.en
