Probiotic yogurt or bio yogurt, is yogurt enriched with probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus acidophillus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Bio yogurt is categorized as functional food because of its benefit to human health. Bio yogurt can be diversified into product such as jelly drink. Jelly drink bio yogurt in the form of liquid has a few disadvantages such as low shelf life.en
