Abstract

Communication is crucial for people and organizations. Through communication people find their true self and develop their self concept by expressing their thoughts, ideas and feeling to others. Through communicaton also an organization compiles a huge amount of information to set up its marvelous decisions, policies and positive brand images to others. Therefore, it is important to do a research about effective organizational communication to support its performance.
