This research was carried out to investigate the effect of salicylic acid 0,1 mM and methyl jasmonate 0,75 mM on Acremonium sp. (IPBCC 08.566, IPBCC 07.525) and Fusarium sp. (IPBCC 08.568, IPBCC 08.569 and IPBCC 08.570) growth in vitro and in form of inoculant formulation. Acremonium sp. or Fusarium sp. (diam. 5 mm) were first grown on PDA side by side with filter paper (diam. 5 mm), containing 1 mL salicylic acid 0,1 mM or methyl jasmonate 0,75 mM. The diameter of the colony and total conidial density was observed every two days until the colony reached the edge of the Petri dishes. Chemical that has no influence on Acremonium sp. and Fusarium sp. growth, were studied to evaluate its posibility to form pellet with sawdust mixture. The ability of Acremonium sp. and Fusarium sp. to grow after formulated in form pellet is assessed on PDA. In vitro experiment showed that salicylic acid 0,1 mM or methyl jasmonate 0,75 mM did not effect the mycelial growth and conidial production of all isolate. Eventhough salicylic acid 0,1 mM slighly stimulated conidial production Fusarium sp. IPBCC 08.568 (about 1,005x control). Viability of Acremonium sp. or Fusarium sp. in pellet with salicylic acid 0,1 mM or methyl jasmonate 0,75 mM and 750 mM was about 85-95,8% and were not significantly different from the control that were about 90-96,6%. Whereas all the fungi in pelet that was mixed with salicylic acid 100 mM did not grow so as to be regarded as not viable.en
