dc.description.abstractThis study was aimed to present radiographic interpretation of cardiovascular system disorder in dogs at My Vets Animal Clinic Bumi Serpong Damai Tangerang and Kemang Selatan. Radiographical interpretation was using Röntgen pictures from 7 dogs including their medical records. Parameters examined were VHS (Vertebrae Heart Size) measurement, dorsoventrally or ventrodorsally heart size to thorax cavity measurement, and enlargement of heart chamber. Furthermore, the other parameters that also performed in this study were enlargment of main blood vein measurement which was aorta, main pulmonary artery, caudal of vena cava, and lungs surface scoring. Main changes found were pulmonary vein dilatation which was found in all cases. Alveolar pattern change, air bronchogram, was found in 86% cases of lungs surface scoring. Main vein dilatation cases were 56% of all cases examined. Heart enlargement was found in 2 dogs. Along with those findings, another radiographic changes were also found with variying frequency. All radiographic findings on the cardiovascular system disorder described above lead to make a specific diagnosis and differential diagnosis of certain diseases that were discussed in depth in this study.en
