Tailed Jay (Graphium agamemnon Linnaeus. 1758) and Common Jay (Graphium doson C&R Felder. 1864) are two species of butterflies belonging to family of Papilionidae. Biological information of the butterflies is still limited. The objectives of the study were to observe life cycle, larval growth, fecundity, morphology, and food consumption of the species. Cempaka (Michelia champaca) and soursoup (Annona muricata) leaves were used as food for the larvae. The results showed that period of life cycle, food consumption, larval weight, and larval length of two species butterflies fed by cempaka and soursoup were not significantly different. The life cycle of the species ranged 25 – 39 days, food consumption ranged 5.18 – 7.85 grams, and larval weight ranged 0.0015 – 2.9554 grams. In addition, fecundities of G. agamemnon and G. doson were 122.25 ± 4.26 and 143.67 ± 10.50 eggs, respectively. In contrast, adult abdomen length of two species fed by cempaka (Michelia champaca) and soursoup (Annona muricata) was significantly different.en
