Twelve sheep were used to study influence of fiber (neutral detergent fiber/NDF) level and zinc supplementation on hematology status and immune response. Treatments were arranged in a 2 x 2 factorial design, total mixed rations contained two NDF concentrations (50 and 56%), and supplementation and without supplementation Zn. Total mixed rations contain 15% crude protein and 65% TON. Drymatter and NDF intake did not significantly affected by diet, but ZP. intake significantly affected by diet. Zinc serum and wool affected by level of NDF diet, but did not significantly by In supplementation. Hemoglobine, pack cell volume and red blood cell concentration significantly higher for 50% than 56% NDF ration, but did not significantly affected by Zn supplementation. Immune response did not significantly affected by neutral detergent fiber level and Zn supplementation on ration based agricultural byproduct.id
